Problem With Creative Centrale

I have two Creative Zen X-Fi players and am running Windows 7 64bit. Up until today everything was working fine. Today, I plugged in my player and uploaded two new songs. One of them had an error on it so I deleted it and tried to upload it again. That didn't work since it had the same file name, so I unplugged the player and went to delete it from the player without the program. When I did that the player wouldn't switch on so I had to do a pin reset.The pin reset worked and when I looked the file I had been trying to delete was gone. I then reattached the player and restarted Creative Centrale. It worked fine. I then uploaded the fixed mp3 file and moved the two new songs to the playlist I had made for them. That's when the problems started. I was unable to move the songs within the playlist. They were there at the end, but not movable. Since I needed them in different spots I decided to close Creative Centrale and disconnect my player. I then reattached the player and tried to restart Creative Centrale. It would NOT restart. That did not work as well. I am scared that there will be no solution. The problem happens whether my zen is connected or not. I use the Creative Centrale program ALL THE TIME. I love it. It is really the only way to manage my zen. Is there anything you can do to help?Thanks,Alex
