Thumbnail Photos

Ok, I know enough about a computer to be dangerous and I can't change the thumbnail photos on Craigslist. Could I have something set up on my computer that prevents this? Thankss!

The thumbnail pictures are in pic view. In list view there are no pictures. You switch views from the tabs toward the top.
