This is not a Craigslist issue, as the popup didn't originate with Craigslist. Most browsers these days have built-in popup blockers, so you'll want to check the settings accessible via the browser's toolbar. There are also more robust third-party popup blockers, some of which (like AdBlock Plus for Firefox) are free.
