Why Is The 'renew' Option No Longer Available For My Listings?

That's a glitch with Craigslist that happens once and awhile. If you delete the listing that is currently running, the "repost" option should show up at the top of the deleted listing page. When you repost it, the listing will be at the top of the page in the category you selected (general for sale, for example).
