I Can't Email Craigslist.

When I try to reply to an ad or even to the Craigslist help page my computer throws an error code which says "Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed." Can't seem to figure this out!! I used to be able to email from my old lap top but not can not from this one. It will not allow me to email from my desk top either.
