Word Verification Issue

I am trying to sell my bicycle on Craiglist, but can't view the word verification window to finalize the post. I am running Windows XP, using Internet Explorer for a browser, and have Webroot Spy Sweeper for security. Is there a setting on either the browser or Spy Sweeper that I need to change to be able to see the word verification images?
