Update Account

In my spam, I get one or two messages a day tellling me to update my account or call this number to reactivate my account. Today the threat is that if I don't my account will locked. I have also received emails stating that I have just posted a sale item and then it was taken off because I did the craigs list ad wrong. The problem with that is that I didn't ever post the ad. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
