Apparently one of the moderaters felt you violated the terms of use(TOU).

you may find an answer or perhaps even a solution by reading the cl forum. Here is the results associated with keywords "blocked ip".

If you just absolutely need to get on craigs list, ethics be d*mned. go to http://www.zend2.com. Its a great anonymous proxy and i use it all the time.. I mean ive heard it works.
