Trouble Posting Pics

Trying to post pics of a vehicle I have for sale and reduced the size of them but still can't get them to post, have never had this problem before. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Another option is to add graphics in HTML with the img tag, if your picture has been posted to the Web. To post to the Web at no cost you might want to use Google Sites -- see http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/free-multipurpose-web-pages-google-sites/.
