Do Not Receive Email That Allows Me To Reset Password

When logging into my CL account I was prompted to reset my password. I did as instructed by entering the email address on my account and was told that an email with the linking address was sent to my email address of record to allow me to reset my password. I never received this email. What can I do to solve this problem. I have sent an email to [email protected] and have not received a reply.
