Posting 'for Sale' And Posting For 'personals'

When I list a "for sale" AND a "personal ad" with different aol email accounts...it says I need to avoid abuse and verify account by typing in phone # associated with the account to verification purposes. Then in red bold it says that phone # is associated with a different CL account. THERE IS NO ABUSE OR FRAUD>>>DELETED my phone number with both accounts and please let me continue using the services of CRAIGSLIST. Can NEVER get a real person on the phone.
