Why Can I Not Post?

I have always posted w/CL. Now when I try it keeps asking for my number and I post but message comes up saying it is already used with an account. I have had this number for 10 yrs. So I tried to post w/o using my account and still it will not let us post without an account. Strange bc we were able to do before. What is happening and how can I post? Plz help

It's always possible there's a mix-up within Craigslist concerning your account. Unfortunately, receiving direct help from Craigslist is virtually impossible. So the most practical course is probably for you to set up a new account with a new phone number. If you don't have another phone number you can use, just use the number of a buddy who'll be at his/her phone when you're setting up the account. Then when he gets the call from Craigslist with the code, he can let you know.
