A Pop Up Window Does Not Appear When I Hit 'reply'.

I am not able to reply to any craigslist ad. When I hit "reply" a pop up box does not appear. How can this be fixed?

The popup will appear only if the advertiser chose the anonymizing function. Look for contact information in the ad itself. If it's not there, no one can respond.
