We have never posted before to Craigslist , it said our ad was posted , but are not able to locate , any help would be appreciated . Thank you

1. The way to find your ad is to use the search box on the upper left of the opening page. Search for one or more important words in the ad.

2. If your search comes up empty, the ad is not there. Craigslist does occasionally remove an ad without any notice to the poster (you). For more details see this prior Help Owl post, which points to several ways of overcoming such actions by Craigslist. If you need help in following any of these, feel free to write us at Help Owl again [but don't assume we can refer to the current question and answer--we can't].
