Phone Autentification Not Working

I have an exisiting Craigslist account. Every 48 hours I repost my services. I am now being asked to autenificate my phone number, which I did when I first created my account. I am now being told that the number is associated with another account??? I can not repost my services. I rely heavily on this as an advertising tool. All 3 of my phone numbers say "Associated with another account", what do I do now?
