What Number Can I Call To Speak With Someone About My Add?

I have been trying to post my add since Monday. Something is wrong technically. I've called 8006640633. They said they cannot help with free adds, I have offered to pay and they said that is not possible. I think the problem is that craigslist is reading my add as a duplicate or fraud or something. I have posted on craigslist many times and never had this problem before. I have also emailed craigslist helpdesk and abuse...
