How Do I List My Items In Another City Without Having To Do Whole Relisting?

Have 10 items for sale with describtion and pictures. How do I transfer each one to sell at a new location without having to do listing all over again? Still learning how to copy and paste!

Craigslist prohibits similar simultaneous listings in different localities. You can repost (following deletion) after an interval of 48 hours plus an undocumented 15 minutes. Craigslist does not offer a shortcut to copying an old listing.
