Can't List Item Because When Asked To Enter The Number Below It Is Not There.

I type in listing details, insert picture and then it ask you to insert a pin you receive from a phone call.......after that you get a screen that instructs you to type the words below, but there are not any words there. Therefore, I cannot finish my listint and can't get any answers from them unless I pay 49.00

Sorry you're having problems. This is an unfortunately common experience among Craigslist users, known as ghosting. You might try the suggestions on this webpage.
