My Ip Address Was Blocked This Morning. Why Did This Happen? How Do I Unblock?

Please don't post a link to CL that should answer my question... since my IP is blocked, I won't be able to use it.I didn't break any community guidelines that I'm aware of so this is a bit confusing as to why this happened. Thanks in advance for your help!
