Http 403 Forbidden?

Im trying to get on my local craigslist page western Illinois and I can not get on I keep getting HTTP 403 forbidden, I can't get on neighboring pages but I can get on Chicago and other far away, can I please get help I have done nothing but put in an ad searching for a used natural gas furnace and now I can get on at all but pages fare away. My name is Tim Walker
