Hold On My Account

My account has been put on hold. I tried creating a new one with a different email and it's on hold too. Huh? How? And why would mine be on hold? We had a computer virus a few days ago and someone was able to evidently hack a lot of info from our files, including emails and telephone numbers. Some of that information ended up in "interesting" places on Craigslist. I'm thinking maybe that's why it's on hold. However, I get nothing but form letters from CL and have no idea what's going on. Can someone help?
