Flagged My Add After I Was Told I Could Post It Again After The 20th And Someone

we were going to repost our add on the 20th which I got an email saying I had to wait and ya'll took it off. Which is fine. I will just wait a month. Maybe I can then. But I checked my account and ya'll had already flagged someone selling a jeep on my account. They stole my password. I can't even get into my account. I am sorry if I did something wrong. But I thought I was doing right. How do I get this other person off my account.and get my password back so I can change it. I don't know these people and upsets me he got into my account.
