My E-mails Keep Telling Me That I Have Opted Out Of Receiving E-mails

I send ads that I see on craigslist to my own e-mail address to keep tabs on them,and now for some reason it says that I have opted out of this service and the recipient can't receive e-mails from this e-mail address, what can I do to change this?

Your question is confusing. What do you mean when you say "I send ads..."? The following doesn't seem to fit precisely your situation as you describe it, but it's the best I can do with the information you've provided.

Craigslist says that in an effort to curb abuse of its email servers and limit the amount of spam inflicted upon its users, it does not accept email from computers with dynamically assigned IP addresses, or hosts that have generic DNS setup.

The easiest solution may be to use the mail server of your ISP to relay your email. If you're not sure how to set up your mail client to do this, you may need to phone your ISP. If you have a static IP address and want to be able to send email through your own mail server, you will need to ask your ISP to set up a non-generic DNS for your IP address. If these suggestions don't work, you may want to use one of the many free Web-based email systems.
