How To Edit The Size Of Pictures On Craiglist

I took pictures on my iphone and sent them to my email and then saved it on my computer. im putting an add on craigslist and attached the downloaded pic to the add but it is very small and doesn't fit the whole screen. How do i make the picture fit the whole screen so it is big
