Sorry, but I can't discern from your question exactly what you're asking about. In general, however, problems of this nature may be due to an overloaded cache or outdated browser. When you click on the 'reply' box and you choose which email provider you want to use, another window opens up which has the reply address for craigslist ad, you just need to fill in your reply and send. The Craigslist recipient will receive your message.

If you are not comfortable with the window opening up your emails, then you can open a new window and access your email yourself, then go back onto the craigslist window to copy the person's craigslist address from the ad, and paste it onto a new email message you wish to send to that receipient.

Either way you will need to open your email to reply to an ad on Craigslist.
