Credit Card Screen Locked Up When We Hit Submit. Help!!!!!

We completed the job description information and then entered credit card number. We clicked submit and nothing happened. We are afraid to re-submit and billed twice. What do we do?

You can easily ascertain whether you've already been billed by a call to your credit card issuer. When you're satisfied, just resubmit.
