Craigslist Search

When I tried to use a Search by inputting min and max price, the real estate listing I posted did not come up. Do you know why? Thank you.

Your listings does not come up if you search. Only other users can see it.

Keep in mind that in some cases at least 30 minutes must pass before you can see your listing. Also, expand your search a little more, don't just pull up the amounts. I have in the past had more luck with looking up a town and seeing it. With the amounts, try going $100 below and above the actual price. If more than 1 hour has passed and you still cannot find your listing, check your account and you should see it there. You also should see an email from craigslist thanking you for your posting and a link to it. If you did not receive this email within 2 hours you can send an email to craigslist under the contact information accessible via the contact link at the bottom of the page for your area.

The previous answer is wrong. The search engine doesn't know who's using it.

Craigslist states:

Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation -- for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms.

It's not possible from the information you've provided to discern the source of the problem. And it might not be possible under any circumstances; Craigslist's determinations often seem arbitrary.

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
