how do I unblocked my account. I've used it only twice years ago & id like to be reinstated.

Craigslist states:

Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation -- for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms.

You can if you wish review Craigslist's terms of use by following the last link above. But Craigslist will impose its penalties simply on account of too many flags--and anybody can flag your post, for any or no reason.

You should be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
