I have been block from my account for listing the same item in several items. How and I get my account back and I will not abuse that privilage again

There's unfortunately no way to hasten the lifting of a block as you describe. You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
