If it was your ad that was deleted (or flagged for removal), go to your Craigslist account and it will be there. Just click on "my account" on Craigslist's home page and then type in your email address and password. All of your posts over the past few months will show up after you log in.

If it was someone else's ad, you cannot retrieve it. You would have to get a court order to gain access to Craigslist's records to find someone else's postings. Once an ad is deleted or flagged for removal, it is gone for good.
