Someone Is Using My Phone Number In Your Name To Say There Is Fraud And To Send

they want your customers to request a special email code, what I would think is right..if you could send out an email to your customers and say if you receive a text from this fraud and do not respon

You seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Craigslist. These Craigslist scams happen all the time, and Craigslist has a general warning on its site--but is unlikely (probably unable) to post a warning about each individual scam. There's a Craigslist "contact us" link (you can use https://losangeles.craigslist.org/contact), but don't count on any response or action.
