Responding To Cars For Sale Adds

If you see a car for sale but it does not lsit the phone number or address to see the car...only gives you an email address...what if they NEVER RESPOND?? How the heck do we get the details?? Are these craig loist scams or what???

If the seller doesn't respond it most likely means he/she is no longer interested (perhaps no more items to sell).
