Why Are My Posts Being Flagged?

I have been trying to post the following ad in various cities throughout the country, but keep getting flagged and deleted:Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I can't find the answer on Craigslist.Thank you,Wendi

Craigslist does not allow you to post the same ad while that ad is still active. You must delete the original ad, and also wait 48 hours since the original posting. Craigslist also frowns upon ads posted in different cities regardless of the time frame, as it considers itself a local service.
