If these toys are considered "Child pornography, obscene materials, offers or solicitation of illegal prostitution," the answer is No. http://www.craigslist.org/about/prohibited.items. Otherwise, probably Yes. If you're not sure, you need to submit the post and see if it goes through. (Don't rely on Craigslist's confirmation: search for the listing as if you were a buyer.) You can post in the category you think is most appropriate.
