If as you indicate someone stole your account, your best course is to abandon that account. You can start a new account with a new email address, which if you don't yet have one you can create with a free email service like Gmail or Yahoo mail. You'll also most likely need a new verification phone number. If you have only 1 phone you might enlist the aid of a buddy who'll stand by and relay the code to you.
