How Do I Keep Paid Ad At The Top Of The List?

I paid for an ad on Craigslist. Looking for help with my business. I was wondering how I can keep my ad at the top of the postings.

The only way is to continually repost the ad. Your current ad must be deleted, and you must wait 48 hours from its posting to repost.
