Why Is Our Listing Being Flagged And Then Deleted?

We previously had this 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner listed and the ad expired. Had no problems listing it. When to repost on Sunday and came back flagged and deleted. Tried to post again today Ad and again came back flagged and deleted. What is wrong with our ad?

Maybe nothing. Anyone can flag your ad for any or no reason. Get enough flags and Craigslist will delete the ad.

Craigslist says, "Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation-for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms." It's rarely if ever possible to pin down a specific cause.

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
