How To Limit Craig's List Ad To Only Local Area?

I posted 2 ads this morning and have only received scam replies. Is there a way to keep my ad for the eyes of only those that live within a 25 mile radius of my address?

Anyone can read the posts [ads] for any area of the country, (You can switch areas just by clicking in the area list at the upper right of the opening page.)
