I'm sorry but there's no way to stop people from flagging your post. As long as your post doesn't violate Craiglist's rules then you don't have to worry about it being deleted.

I'm afraid the prior answer is incorrect. Even if you follow all the published Craigslist rules you can still get flagged, and enough flags will get your posts blocked.

Craigslist says, "Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation-for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms."

(It's actually even worse. You may want to take a look at "Craigslist's Dirty Little Secrets Revealed.")

Although you can't find out who's flagging you or write those persons, you may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
