Erroneous Charge!!!

I woke up this morning shocked to see an erroneous charge of $75 out of my checking account. I have never sold anything on craigslist and I listed something 2 years ago that never sold. I need to have someone call me as to how they got my checking account number and how this transaction took place. This is an urgent matter. I would expect a response and rectification within 24 hours. Thank you.Regards,Gina Vintalore

Whether this seems to be a charge by Craigslist or a charge by someone who used Craigslist, I would suggest disputing the charge with your bank now, and carefully monitoring future charges. If these recur, you may want to change your bank password.

Craigslist's personal support is very limited in general, but Craigslist offers this email address for inquiries about its own charges: [email protected].
