How To Delete An Ad That Was Copied?

Someone stole my ad for renting out our condo: pictures and content, then changed the contact info. How can I get that posting deleted? I feel I am losing prospective tenants due to the incorrect contact info and that people may be unknowingly providing personal info not intended for proper use.

You should flag the "copy-cat" ad as inappropriate by clicking on the little flag shaped icon on the top part of the ad itself. A pop up window will open for the reason, choose the appropriate reason.

If you want to go a step further, you may use the following link to report this incident to Craigslist.

Please Note: To prevent delays with resolving your issue, you should have the following information ready to include in the description (body) of your report submission:

The Post ID Number
City/State the ad is listed under
Date ad was placed
