Craiglist Advertising Web Site. There Is A False Advert On This Site.

I've been defrauded of a considerable amount of money. Obviously I want my money refunded and want the site to cancel the advert to avoid other people being duped. 'Craiglist' haven't responded to my email and seem uncontactable via phone. What can I do ?
