My Account Vanished Disappeared Evaporated

Please refer below to 1 and 2 automated messages I received from Craiglist when trying to reset my account. I DO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH HUNDREDS OF ENTRIES FOR MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS THAT THE ONLY EMAILS I USE WHERE IS MY ACCOUNT???? DO YOU DELETE ACCOUNTS AFTER A CERTAIN TIME??? CAN A PERSON ANSWER THIS EMAIL? We're an independent help site not connected with Craigslist. Sorry for your problems. Unfortunately, as you've discovered, Craigslist's one-on-one support is essentially non-existent. If for any reason Craigslist can't locate your account, you have no alternative but to create a new one. Before doing so, double-check and triple check the account information you used to rule out typographical errors.
