Utility Pump Needs Replaced Day 4 No Help Sears All Shut Down Lowes No Help Ohio
submersible utility pump needs replaced day 4 and still no help ,,I went to 3 different lowes they were cluless and all Sears in ohio are shut down ..this has been the worst service after 3 generations of only craftsman and II CANT GET WHAT THEY PROMISE LIFETIME WARRANTY? not one customer care phone number listed has worked ....I dont understand why coorporate cant order one send one to me and I mail mine back but 4 days and no answer and I cant open my pool and I am devastated that craftsman customer service and warranty is so far 4 days complicated...I did what I was told sears and lowes NOT AN OPTION , model number 390-269551....I need one , i am not one to complain but I am beyond disappointment and sick over all the money we have spent to just get ignored ....somebody needs to help me please I would hate to never shop craftsman , I know nothing but craftsman and this is how it works I have a life and 4 days is too much to get what I paid for 15 emails every niumber Ive called is not working or not for craftman at all.....
