How Do I Load My Craftsman 68496 Electric Stapler?

This was driving me crazy because I was just moving the red plastic tab different directions and pulling on it. You need some leverage: Hold the top of the stapler firmly in one hand and, with the other hand, grasp the red tab with your thumb on top and index finger on bottom. Push down hard with your thumb until the tab is stopped by the bottom of the stapler, then pull tab out but still with some downward pressure. Turn the stapler upside down and drop your staples (points up, of course) into stapler itself in the space left when you pulled out the spring. Then slide the red tab back into the stapler and you're ready to go. It's a real "duh!" once you get it.
