Front Wheel Alignment

I thought I could make a tight enough left turn on my 42" 19.5 craftsmen tractor mower. Of course it did not turn out that way and the front right tire hit the fence. I feel that the alignment is completely off now and when I try to make a right turn, the front right tire is severely rubbing against the gauge wheel on the deck. When I turn left it is as if one wheel is turning and the other is almost being pushed on its side. Any thought on how to fix this problem without contact Sears? I have researched a lot and come across bent axels and tie rod problems. Please help. TJR

There is a straight bar running under the engine between the two wheels. It is most likely bent. You can take that bar off and use a heavy duty bench vise to straighten it back out but it'll never be the same and will get weaker over time.
