I bought four beds in July,2010 and had one in my spare bed. I discovered that this one is defective as it collapsed on one side. My membership no. Is 111777238683. I would like it to be replaced as it was hardly used. These beds were bought at Signal Hill store. Thanks. Can you forward this to the appropriate stdept? Thanks.

Although Costco has a generous return policy, it probably does not extend as far back as 2010 no matter how seldom the bed was used.
What you need to do is to call the Signal Hill, CA store at 562-427-2537 to speak to the manager.
You can also call the customer service center at 1-800-955-2292 for additional assistance although that number is usually used for online purchases.
