Can't Log On To My Email Account With Compuserve.

Error message "Error 103W Authentication Stalled" try again in 2 miniutes. Done all that but still can't log in. Does anyone know why. I've emailed Aol and Compuserve and tried phoning but can't get answer. Email address below is an alternative

I have the same problem.  It started at 1 pm on 04/17/2012.  Contacted Compuserve support.  They said it is a problem with one or more of the servers on their end.  Told me that this was affecting many customers.  Said it would take 24-48 hours to fix.
