I Cancelled By Internet Service On 10/4 But Was Still Charge The Monthly
why was i charged a fee for $4.95 on 10/14 but service was cancelled on 10/4.

Probably leftover charges from before the cancellation. To resolve, phone the company at 800-848-8990.
