You can reinstall the driver software for your Web Camera by following these steps:

1. Visit

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=4188477&lang=en&cc=us&taskId=135&prodSeriesId=4113092&prodTypeId=321957

2. Click the version of your Operating System

3. Click the Download button located at the right side of the page

4. Download the file

5. Open the file by double clicking

6. Follow the rest of the setup process to install

7. Restart your computer system after the installation of drivers
